Our Approach
We take a practical approach. Every session starts with questions about your pain patterns, daily habits, and what you've already tried. Treatment is based on what your body is doing that day, not a script.
We use informed consent and plain language. If something is outside our scope, we'll tell you and refer you to the right provider. We reassess regularly so treatment stays on track with your goals.
Massage therapy supports soft tissue health, mobility, and symptom management. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
We are out-of-network with commercial insurance and provide Superbills for reimbursement. We accept PIP, workers' comp (L&I), and FSA/HSA. See full pricing and insurance details.
