For your first visit
·Weekday appointments: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in
·After hours and weekend appointments: Arrive at the time of your appointment. The door stays locked until 5 minutes before your scheduled massage time, when the therapist will open it for you. We do not have reception on weekends or evening after hours.
·Intake forms: You will receive electronic intake forms via text and/or email prior to your appointment. Please complete your new client intake forms in advance of arrival.
·Work injury and car accident claims: Bring your claim information (and referral if you have one) for car accident or work injury claims.
