How to Report an Error
Report potential errors through: Contact.
Please include the page URL, the statement in question, and any supporting context.
Response Timeline
We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
We complete triage within 5 business days.
We publish confirmed corrections within 7 business days after triage, depending on complexity.
If a correction needs extended review, we may post a temporary status note while review is in progress.
Correction Categories
Minor Edit: Non-substantive updates such as grammar, formatting, or readability improvements that do not alter factual meaning.
Substantive Correction: Changes that affect factual meaning, safety guidance, scope boundaries, or user decision-making.
How Corrections Are Disclosed
Substantive corrections include a visible note on the affected page that states what changed and when.
Minor edits may be made without a public correction note, but the page's last-updated date is still refreshed.
Retraction and Removal Conditions
We may retract or remove content when it is materially inaccurate, outside professional scope, no longer supportable, or poses avoidable risk if left published.
When practical, removed content is replaced with a brief explanation and a link or redirect to the most current guidance.
