Massage Therapy in Belltown, Seattle
Medical and therapeutic massage from experienced licensed massage therapists. Located on Wall Street in Belltown, minutes from Pike Place Market, South Lake Union, and Capitol Hill.
Clinical massage, in the neighborhood
Every therapist here has worked in clinical settings. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from a car accident, or unwinding the tension of a desk week, your session is planned around what's actually going on with your body.
We treat the pattern causing the pain, not only the sore spot. Most clients come in for a specific problem and leave with a plan for it.

Insurance and how we bill
We believe healing shouldn't come with financial stress. For eligible car accident claims (PIP), work injuries through L&I and VA Community Care, we bill directly and handle the paperwork; confirm your coverage before your visit. For commercial health plans we are out of network: you pay at the visit and we give you a Superbill to claim reimbursement yourself. FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Not sure if your insurance covers massage therapy? Contact us and we'll help you figure it out before your first visit.

Getting to us from Belltown
The clinic is at 100 Wall Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue. If you live or work in Belltown you are almost certainly within a ten to fifteen minute walk, and most of the neighborhood is flat in this direction, which is not true of every walk in Seattle.
On foot
- Pike Place Market — about 10 minutes south
- Olympic Sculpture Park — about 8 minutes north
- Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena — about 12 minutes north
- Downtown retail core — about 12 minutes southeast
By bus, train, and car
- Third Avenue, two blocks up, is the city's main downtown transit spine and carries the RapidRide lines plus most downtown routes
- Westlake Station on the Link 1 Line is roughly a ten minute walk, which also connects to the Monorail at Westlake Center
- Paid street parking on Wall Street and the surrounding blocks, plus several paid lots within a block or two
If you are coming straight from work, we are a short walk from the offices and residential towers along 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Avenue, and appointments before 9am and after 5pm are usually the easiest to get.
Living here, working here, sitting here
Belltown is mostly people who live in towers and work at screens, and the body keeps a fairly reliable record of that. We treat neck pain and stiffness, shoulder pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel and nerve pain, and tension headaches. Regular treatment for any of these is closer to maintenance than to a treat.
Massage with us is an eligible FSA and HSA expense. We are out of network with commercial insurance and cannot bill your plan for you, but we provide a superbill after each visit, and a good number of our clients submit it themselves and are reimbursed. We set out the whole process here.
