Conditions we treat for Fremont clients
Our therapists treat a broad range of conditions. Many Fremont clients come in with car accident injuries and whiplash, and we bill PIP (Personal Injury Protection) directly for those treatments. If you have been in an accident, you can start treatment right away while your claim is processed.
We also see clients with complex conditions like thoracic outlet syndrome, where compressed nerves and blood vessels in the neck and shoulder cause pain, numbness, and tingling down the arm. Our therapists have the training and experience to work with these cases effectively.
- Whiplash and car accident injuries (PIP billed directly)
- Thoracic outlet syndrome
- Chronic neck and back pain
- Shoulder and rotator cuff pain
- Sciatica and low back pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Repetitive strain injuries
- General stress and muscle tension
Insurance information
We are out of network with commercial health plans. In practice that means you pay us at the visit and we give you a Superbill, an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and treatment codes your insurer needs, which you submit yourself for out-of-network reimbursement. Plenty of our regulars do exactly this. FSA and HSA cards are accepted, and car accident (PIP) and workers' compensation (L&I) claims we bill directly. Full insurance details.

How far we are from Fremont
Fremont is the furthest neighborhood we see people from regularly, and we would rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. Real times to 100 Wall Street:
- Adobe — 27 minutes by bus, about 2.7 miles
- Tableau — 33 minutes by bus, about 3.2 miles
Walking is an hour or more, so this is a bus, bike, or car trip. The 40 runs from Fremont down through Belltown and is usually the simplest route without a car. By bike the Westlake path takes you most of the way. Driving is quick outside rush hour and slow inside it, so a morning or mid-afternoon appointment is worth asking for.
There is paid street parking on Wall Street and paid lots within a block or two. We do not validate, and Belltown parking is Belltown parking, so at rush hour the bus is usually faster than circling.
For people who sit down for a living
A regular massage is not a luxury if your job is eight hours at a keyboard. It is maintenance, in the same sense that stretching or seeing a physiotherapist is. The complaints we see most from software and design work are neck pain, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel and nerve pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, and headaches.
Massage here is an eligible FSA and HSA expense. We are out of network with commercial insurance, so we cannot bill your plan, but we give you a superbill and many of our clients submit it themselves and get reimbursed. We explain the process here.
