For Attorneys & Case Managers

Records, billing codes, and direct claim billing for the professionals coordinating a client's care

Send us your injury clients. We make the paperwork easy.

We treat car accident, workers’ comp, and personal injury patients every week, bill the claim directly, and keep the documentation in the shape your case needs. Our therapists are Washington L&I providers, and the practice was founded by a chiropractor — coordinated care and clean records are how we operate, not an accommodation.

What we provide for your case

  • A detailed medical ledger for the claim.
  • Copies of records and chart notes to help substantiate the claim or show medical necessity.
  • Progress documentation on schedule — for L&I, progress reports go to the attending provider on L&I’s own timeline.

Request records by fax at (206) 299-9462 or by phone at (206) 448-9407.

How we bill

  • CPT 97124 only, billed in 15-minute units. We do not generally bill 97140 (manual therapy).
  • Auto (PIP): billed directly, no pre-authorization for standard auto claims. Motorcycle policies are the exception, and MedPay-based coverage may require a referral and prior authorization.
  • Washington L&I: billed directly. The first six visits need no authorization; we handle the authorization requests after that. Details on our workers’ comp page.
  • VA Community Care: billed directly for eligible veterans.

Getting a client started

They can book online with their claim number, and a referral if their coverage type requires one — no phone tag needed, though we are happy to take a call from your office to set things up. The client pays nothing at the visit for direct-billed claims.
