Personal Injury Massage Therapy in Seattle

Treatment, documentation, and direct billing support for work injuries and other personal injury claims

In a personal injury claim? We handle the insurance.

We treat the soft-tissue side of recovery after an accident or injury. For eligible claims, we coordinate billing and documentation so you can focus on treatment.

 • We bill eligible claims directly. Auto PIP, Washington L&I, and other approved claim arrangements follow the appropriate billing path.
 • We work with attorneys. We provide a detailed medical ledger, records, and chart notes when they are needed for your case — details on our attorneys & case managers page.
 • You can contact us before booking. We will help you understand what claim details or authorization may be needed.

Workers' compensation claims we have handled. These include claims through the City of Seattle, the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), and the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP). Contact us before booking so we can confirm the current authorization and billing requirements for your claim.

Injuries and accidents we treat

Personal injury care can include work injuries, slips and falls, and other accidents that leave you with pain, restricted movement, muscle guarding, headaches, or soft-tissue discomfort. If your injury was from a car accident, see our Auto Injury & PIP page for that billing path.

How billing works

The right path depends on how you were hurt. Car accidents generally use auto PIP; work injuries may be covered through Washington L&I or a self-insured claim; and other claims may require coordination with an attorney or insurer. Contact us before your visit so we can confirm what applies to your situation.

What to do after an injury

 1. Get evaluated. Seek appropriate medical care and follow the guidance of your care team.
 2. Open your claim. Keep your claim number, insurer information, and attorney contact details available if applicable.
 3. Contact us before booking. We will help confirm the billing route and what to bring to your first visit.
 4. Keep your care coordinated. Tell us about the providers involved in your recovery so treatment records can be shared when appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you treat personal injury cases?

Yes. We treat injuries from car accidents, work, and other accidents. We bill your insurance directly, work with your attorney's office, and document your treatment for your claim. No referral needed to start.

Do you work with attorneys and provide records for my claim?

Yes. We work directly with your attorney's office and provide treatment records and progress notes for your case.

How is my care paid for in a personal injury case?

It depends on the injury. Car accidents bill through your auto PIP (in most cases no out-of-pocket cost). Work injuries go through Washington L&I or a self-insured claim. For other injuries we can bill your health insurance or set up self-pay. Call and we'll walk through what fits.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book directly and start right away. We coordinate with your doctor, chiropractor, or physical therapist when it makes sense to.

What kinds of injuries do you treat?

Whiplash and neck injuries, back pain, shoulder and soft-tissue injuries, headaches, and sciatica-type radiating pain, from car accidents, work injuries, slips and falls, and other accidents.

How soon after an injury should I start?

As soon as you're cleared for soft-tissue work. Starting early keeps scar tissue down and releases the muscle guarding before it settles in.

Do you coordinate with my chiropractor or doctor?

Yes. Massage works well alongside chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical care, and we're happy to coordinate with the rest of your team.

My injury was a car accident. Is that different?

The care is similar, but the billing runs through your auto PIP. See our auto injury massage page for how PIP works and what to do after a crash.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your claim number and insurance details, and your attorney's contact info if you have one. That's what we need to start billing and coordinating on your case.
