Insurance Information:

All of our massage therapists are out-of-network (OON) with commercial health insurance plans as of March 1, 2025.

After your massage, we will send you a Superbill so that you can submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network massage benefits.

All of our therapists accept personal injury (car accident) and work injury (work comp) claims and we take care of submitting these claims for you. Our providers are L&I providers for work injuries.

If you have OON massage benefits, below is our office OON claims policy:

• call your insurance company to find out if your plan has out-of-network massage therapy benefits. Just let us know if you need assistance!
• at the time of the visit, we collect our rate for the massage service and provide you with a receipt for payment.
• if you have OON massage benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill so you can submit a claim to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
• we accept FSA / HSA funds for massage services.
• for car accident or work injuries, we directly bill your claim and do not collect any payment from you.

Massage Pricing:

Our rates are lower than the Seattle average price for superior service.
